What’s better than a Sunday night, cuddled up on the couch with a slice of Wine Cake?
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. water
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, nutmeg, eggs, oil, sherry and water in a mixer and beat until well mixed. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and sift powdered sugar on top. Serve with a spoonful of Cool Whip on top. Servings: 16.
