1 (8-oz) bag kettle chips
1 1/2 c. grated pecorino, Parmesan, asiago, or mixture of all
Freshly ground pepper
Heat oven to 425°. Spread chips evenly over a large baking sheet. Sprinkle half the cheese over chips. Top with pepper and paprika as desired. Cook about 4 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove and top with remaining cheese. Let cool and transfer to a serving bowl.
