- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. 2% milk
- 2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 bag Great Value triple berry frozen fruit
In large bowl, add 2 eggs and 1 1/4 cups of sugar; whip until mixture thickens. Add milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla and salt; use an electric mixer until all ingredients are mixed completely.
Turn ice cream maker on and pour milk/cream mixture in. Follow directions on your ice cream maker for churning; generally about 25-30 minutes. During last 5-10 minutes of churning, add the berries. Ice cream may be soft and need to firm up in freezer for 2-3 hours before serving.
