Fresh Strawberry Pie is a summertime tradition in the SampleHouse family!
- 4 c. fresh strawberries, washed & cut in half
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 T. sugar
- 10-inch unbaked pie shell
Mix sugar, flour and salt together. Gradually add to sour cream. Pour sour cream mixture over strawberries in pie shell. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over top of sour c cream. Bake at 350° until firm and lightly browned.
