The Artichoke Dip from SampleHouse Cookbook is the perfect savory appetizer to serve at your Labor Day weekend party or future gathering.
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can artichokes hearts, drained
- 1 sm. (10-oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Combine garlic, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and spinach. Use immersion blender or food processor. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and add mixture. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes uncovered. Serve with Fritos or chips of choice.
