Sweet dreams come from Dream Cake right? Taste and see!
- 2 boxes of white cake mix
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (4-oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 (12-oz.) ctn. extra creamy Cool Whip
- 4 c. milk
- 6 T. coconut, toasted
Prepare cake according to directions. Bake in 3 (9 x 12-inch) pans at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I use foil pans. Heat pineapple and sugar on stove. I use an immersion blender in it to make it smooth. Spread on the cake. Prepare the instant pudding with 4 cups milk and let thicken. Add sour cream. Spread on cakes. Top with extra creamy Cool Whip. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top. Servings: 36.
