Make these yummy chicken crescent roll sandwiches as an after school snack. It’s kid tested, approved, and fresh from the SampleHouse Cookbook!
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 1 can of refrigerated crescent rolls
Cook chicken and shred. Sauté onion in butter. Mix cooked chicken, cream cheese, and sautéed onion. Place a spoonful of chicken in mixture in an open crescent roll. Roll up and seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
